Over the past month the manager has falsely accused me 3 times of things that was'nt my fault. He just blatently accuses me for things that i have not done. We had a work car parked in disabled spot and he immediately blamed me even though the rego was not mine and they found it was a different employee, then being blamed for being late to a client scheduled job when it was a different employee, then being accused today of not doing routine checks on equipment when i in fact did it with proof, i even had proof of showing texting and emailing to all the other employees making sure they are doing their checks as well. Should i just resign or keep dealing with this, i always respond with facts and evidence but im about to lose my cool right now because i know im about to get it again. im the only senior on the ground and everyone around me is new, i've been around longer than the manager aswell and they are fully reliant on me to them and everyone else what to do. The last senior just left a week ago due to toxic enviroment which im aware of but not sure how much longer id want to live like this.
