How do you manage a workaholic supervisor?

She’s great – but has a massively over inflated sense of the importance of her job. She works evenings, sends emails on weekends, works through breaks. Is always gobbling up peoples time with meetings and making up projects. Luckily she’s not rally micro managing but god I wish she would chill out
