So i work in a price chopper in Massachusetts as my first job, I was nervous that I was gonna get exploited and whilst im only 16 and it might not apply, I wasn’t sure
So I have all of this in my job
I choose my hours and the days I come in
Free water and I can use the bathroom without the managers having a stroke
My managers are incredibly chill and understanding
15 dollars an hour
No Karen’s so far
Very friendly and easy job
I see these horror stories about y’all being basically paid nothing whilst being overworked, having the equivalent of A dickhead as a manager, unfriendly work and all that
So am I lucky? Is this more common than usual? Do they only exploit adults?
