Hi. Ok so I am currently a remote intern and I feel like I do very little work. I put in my 40 hours and do all my tasks but I am just idle for most of the time.
Last week, I think I worked a maximum of 10-15 hours and that is including the time I spent in meetings. The rest of the time was spent watching Netflix, Tiktok, and Reddit on my phone. I am not complaining but I am really scared that my company will track my computer and see that I am very idle. I am scared that they will fire me but my manager said I am doing great.
Is this normal for most employees?
