Workplace 1: started off with 10 or 15 PTOs I think and ended at 20 + opportunity for a sabbatical month Workplace 2: 15 PTOs +5 personal days + summer days + 5 sick days + extended time off during christmas holidays Recently got an offer: 15 PTOs and they offer “buying time off” which I've never heard of til now and idk it annoys me tbh If you dont get PTO cause hourly or different policy, how often can you take time off and can you take multiple days off at a time?
