I have been working day and night shifs at the Airport, got paid shit and now even got paid less due to inflation.
It's been 3 years now since I've been having hard days of which some are without sleep. Getting paid less n less, I just had no motivation
At next meeting We talked about quotas and shit and they asked to be done more and more, so after it I asked my co-workers what they think about it, they said that “THIS IS BS” and so we made a little fuss about this and asked if we can get paid more and they declined it, so we got about 20 workers to go and make a bigger fuss.
It didn't work so We all agreed on quitting.
Next day we barged in bosses office and we quit, he said he will get so we don't get a job, but atm we didn't care.
After that we all had no job
