I wouldn’t exaggerate to the point of not being able to do a job but I’m tired of not getting a decent job or salary because of my title and current salary. If I were to add Senior in front of my title or even manager or supervisor, would they be able to verify this? If I add $20,000 to my current salary, can they verify it? I just want to know how far I can stretch the limits.
