My whole family is going on vacation and I didn't ask for the time off from work because im going on another vacation in 6 months. My boss makes a big deal about asking for time off. So how often is TOO often? Legit life is too short.
Also, my boss keeps denying people time off, even stopped printing time off forms, because she said we are understaffed. Fun fact, a coworker had a friend apply for our department and my workplace said our department isn't hiring. Yet my boss says we are understaffed and she cant approve saturdays off. She denied my friday and saturday off…. 5 months in advance. Also who the F ISN'T hiring right now?!
