My school has a lunch job fair on the last Thursday of every month. This month, the company I work for is attending and my area manager will be leading it. I want to confront her about how some of us employees feel regarding our pay. New-hires have been coming in at equal to or more what some of the longer-term employees are making. I have been at this company for over a year now and everyone knows me as one of the best.
