There's around 10 of us that want to collectively ask for a raise. We are cnc machine operators making about $16-$18 an hour. Other machine shops in the area are paying $21-$25+ with better benefits. Should we go to our bosses in person as a group? Should we individually email our bosses asking for a raise? If so how should we word that email?
