I've been working here for a week, this is my second time working here in the same position. I quit 6 months ago because of poor treatment, low pay and them working me to death. We were and continue to be under staffed and most of the staff we have now are pretty much just warm bodies to fill time slots because they cannot fulfill a major aspect of the job.
My Mom convinced me to come back because they were issuing a pay raise and my then current job (that i love!) just was not cutting it. I'm trying to make sure that this job isn't as detrimental to my physical and mental health like before but as the title states I hate it here. I feel horrible because I'm in a caregiver position but half the people I'm caring for I can't stand.
How soon is too soon to quit?
