Long story short, it’s a pretty toxic workplace and is limiting to my growth as a professional and an individual. I’ve always heard it’s not a good look to bring up issues with previous employers so how do we communicate this in a way that doesn’t make it look like I’m complaining? Not looking forward to interviews, but longing for greener pastures
