this is obviously not much of an anarchist post, moreso a “how do i deal with daily struggles of working”.
after lunch, i become extremely sluggish and tired and unmotivated. it is hard to focus on work and can't think of much else than just wanting to go to home and sleep.
how do y'all deal with this feeling? so far ive just been powering thru – it results in me working slower, and not being as productive, obviously, but eh, maybe there's another way?
just need to hear some spitballing on this. having depression and then being hit with this post-lunch coma is kind of a bummer, in my day-to-day life. hard to focus on work that way. so uh .. yeah.
