i cant just find a different job, i got lucky as hell to find a job after a gruesome 4 months of unemployment. im tired of being in so much emotional pain both when im on the clock AND during my free time due to work stress and ruminating over mistakes. im wondering if anyone has any advice to shake off these feelings and/or if theres any sort of community outside of reddit that would provide any type of support or help for people who are experiencing this same thing, specifically work-related anxiety. (no, i dont have money for a therapist.) im only 23 and im just scared of wasting away my life worrying about all this bullshit that shouldnt exist in the first place.

im sorry if this is the wrong sub to post in.
