Hey guys. Long story short. My boss is extremely toxic.
He is the pinnacle of entitled rich asshole and is extremely insecure. He is threatened by anyone who knows anything because he prefers young and dumb employees to keep them from “getting too big for there britches” after years of seeing a constant revolving door and watching countless employees be harassed, belittled, exploited and over all just treated like trash. I finally spoke up after watching the man fire a pregnant girl because she “was using her pregnancy as an excuse to be lazy”. As a single father, this really really upset me. So when he came to my desk to throw more workload on me (like he always does every time someone leaves or gets fired) I kinda had an attitude. For him, this was a huge shocker. And he replied with “know your place, don't bite the hand that feeds, you are always replaceable, there are people ready to take your job at any second”
So I challenged him and told him “challenge accepted, I appreciate the time I was here, good luck” he had a complete meltdown. I'm talking throwing things, screaming, even stomping. Just like the child he is. After he throw my computer (company computer) I just calmly grabbed my stuff and walked out. He called me 11 times that day. A week later I realized my check was short $100 not alot of money to most. But to me? I barely make enough to keep the lights on. So that $100 does make a difference. I called him and he handed the phone to someone else and he spoke through her like a coward. She said that he deducted $100 from my check because “failure to return company equipment” I was honestly very confused and she said “my pen, you stole my pen. You're lucky that's all I took” so I told him. “Ok. I'll glad return your pen” and he told her just to hang up. Lol
Soooo my question to you guy is this:
How do I destroy me this guy's ego LEGALLY. I am so sick of rich entitled children destroying our dignities over a freaking dollar. I am not worried about the $100. I sold a few things to make up for it. But I want this dude to freaking pay for all the people whom he has taken advantage of.
