So I work for a company controlling the spare parts department (department = me), the guy before me had an overly complicated system that took up more time than he had in a day. When I started I was aloud to put my own system in place, I did this over the course of a month and now I honestly work for about an hour a day and this is where my problem lies. I have asked multiple times for more to do so I can fill my day as I like to stay busy and in my eyes what I do isn’t worth the money they are paying me.
I think my question is.. has anyone else had an experience like this and how do you fill your day?
