How to get out of going back into the office?

Currently work from home and the company I work for is making us go back into the office. Anyone have any suggestions – that don’t involve talking to management because I’ve done this and it has got me nowhere – to continually work from home? We’ve worked from home for the past 2 years without problem, and they’re going to be having us return part time (one week in, one week at home), which honestly isn’t fair considering people who have their weeks in office scheduled on weeks that have holidays, don’t have to spend as much money on travel. It will cause me undue financial burden to return to office since they cut our overtime, cost of living increases, and a measly 3%, >$.75/hr “raise.” My mortgage increased $100/month. My bills all increased by ~$10-$30 despite not making any changes to how I use my water, trash, or electricity.…

My bills all increased by ~$10-$30 despite not making any changes to how I use my water, trash, or electricity. Don’t even get me started on groceries. Gas is now $50 more expensive and would cost roughly $100/week to travel the hour to work and the hour back. This makes it even better when I tell you I’m financially struggling AND I work for a large nationwide BANK whose CEO just got a 20% pay increase.

They don’t care if we have anxiety about returning to office or if we have concerns about our safety. They want us to bring our computer equipment to and from work every day we’re required to go in and have not implemented any back-up plan in the event someone forgets it, if it gets damaged or destroyed during transport.
