I need to research a private company and any background on the executives. I need to include criminal background checks. This company is also actively seeking investors and in a seed round. They are inflating numbers and misleading potential investors.
I know they are tied up in several lawsuits and I would like to see who is involved and any details. Is pacer.uscourts.gov/ the best place to start? I don't mind spending a little money. I plan on hiring an attorney, but I wanted to see what I can find. Any tips? Thanks!
