How to keep yourself motivated at a job that you hate but have no other source of income so can’t quit

Hi. I am working in a big company. Politics in the department has effected me so much that i haven't got any increment in whole year despite working you ass off. I hate that workplace but cant quit unless i have other job. Please help a brother and tell me how to keep myself motivated at that place
