Just got this email today and I don't think I've ever been so aggravated and insulted in my life: ​ Hello Management Team,   ​ At the end of next week we are going to be communicating to employees that we will now be monitoring the 2 in-office work days per week much closer.  Although some employees have committed to this schedule, many are not.  We will be asking employees to communicate their schedule to their manager to ensure we can track attendance. This was after my company said they wouldn't “police attendance” in the office. This proves that not only was that a lie, but it was a lie from the beginning. Now I'm extra motivated for my interview this afternoon and here's hoping I'm handing in notice before my PTO next week!
