Maybe not the right sub-Reddit, but I work at a gas station where me and my co-worker work 40hr weeks and the owner makes up for the difference so we do not get overtime. It is important to note that the other co-worker is the bosses nephew and transportation issues would not be viable. Is there any way to make one of them sick? Or something I am not thinking of? Would love to hear input my owner is a cheapskate who will do whatever it takes to save money.
