The management sucked. A lot. In many places. I also moved once. Saying this won’t cut it, though. They want a good reason and that’s just not a good enough reason. How can I bullshit in a way that makes me look good and not a red flag to interviewers? Edit: I’ve switched jobs about 5 times in the last 6 years, but they ALWAYS ask. Never had an interviewer who didn’t.
