how to say no to my boss

so i work at a small store at my local mall. i am only a sales associate there. i don’t get any hours and the pay is terrible so i got a second job. i informed my boss that i have a second job now and that my availability would have to change so now i only work two days a week there. she is constantly asking me to pick up shifts on days where i can’t work and every time i say no i always feel terrible. she starts to get very passive aggressive towards me. the reason i took a second job was because i wasn’t get any hours at my first job but now that i’m working another job she suddenly has all these hours that are free?? since she has started to make me feel bad about not picking up shifts, on days where i am…

since she has started to make me feel bad about not picking up shifts, on days where i am off i pick up shifts even though i am exhausted and just want to have a day off to relax at home. i start college this fall and plan to work while in school as well to be able to pay for things so this summer all i want is to be able to have at least one fucking day off before my schedule is completely full.
any advice on how to feel more comfortable saying no??
