I am looking at interviewing with other companies for the role I am currently in. I work in projects for a large financial company and I have worked in this role for 3 years, total 7 years with the company.
Having looked at advertised roles for my job, I can see that I am grossly underpaid, so I’m looking to leave (this is not a leveraging technique) and a motivator is a better salary.
A lot of the job adverts say “up to £xxxxx.xx” – how do I fairly and respectful set a wage valuation in any interviews?
