Long story short: my job has a pay grade system. Today, an HR employee did something she is almost certainly not supposed to do and showed me the minimum, 5th percentile, 25th percentile, 50th percentile, 75th percentile, and maximum rates for my pay grade. I also found an old job posting for my position. Not only am I two full pay grades below what that ad lists, I'm in the 12th percentile for my actual pay grade. I am so tired of this shit.
