HR manager requires doctor to fill out accomodation forms for part time employee to work part time

Yeah. I was hired on and told them multiple times that I would only work 24 hours per week, including break time. They decided to schedule me for 33. During the discussion, I got told off for “not taking notes during orientation” (I did), blamed for the time keeping app not working outside of work computers, and vaguely threatened with termination when he said “Just so you know, we'll try to accommodate you, but this is a business and you were hired to work.” I have been here 3 weeks and already know more than half my coworkers. On Saturday, they want me to close by myself despite never teaching me how and they want me to do it in less than 45 minutes despite it including cleaning the whole store. I'm going to walk out at close time and let them scramble in the morning. I'm too disabled to…
