I feel like I am being lied to by the human resources person. I asked them why I couldn't see new job assignments on my substitute schedule app, and they said they didn't know why I couldn't see them. Then I said “who should I ask to get this problem fixed” they then said “I am the one you should speak to I have restricted your hours because we can only have people work here 4 days a week.”. Okay so I guess they did know why…
I asked them if they could remove the restriction and they said unfortunately not because it's district wide and not per person. Okay so if you knew that a random restriction came in last week then why did you originally say that you don't know why my account is being restricted?
It sounds like they aren't being honest about it. Another question I wanted to ask is how are the other substitutes accepting jobs if everybody is restricted district wide? I don't think they'd have an answer to that…. Nobody would be able to work if this restriction has been going on for over a week…makes no sense..
