I am curious for how many ppl who have had to return to the office are doing hybrid schedule and what your thoughts are on it.
We started back March 1 and have to go in 3 days a week with flexibility as needed. There are no other guidelines as of now.
However, I find that it’s not a “one-size fits all” situation and think it should be an option. On days like today, I’m in but not many people on my floor today and all the meetings everyone has taken today have all been virtual? What’s the point of coming in if we are meeting virtually most of the time anyways? I miss being completely remote and wish that was an option.
