Let’s say you’re offered a job, $12,000 a year. But they say of you have benefits so it makes up for low pay, some benefits are nice, the health insurance is okay, sometimes it’s shitty but mostly pretty good. You work 8-12 hours a day, you don’t know for sure how long until you get in to work that day, skip lunch breaks more often than you should have to, 24/7 on call, you do however get 2 days of pto every month and it can roll over. Who’s taking this job? Anyone?
