I am a female manager and I am aware women are being paid substantially lower then men in the same roles. Help me deal with this.

Like the title says, I am the only woman in management and I have access to most employees wages. The admin in my office has been with the company for 5 years, in her role for 1 year. And she’s amazing- she has been making $23 per hour with a pay cap of $25 (this has been communicated to me and her by my manager). A male admin was hired 2 months ago- for the exact same role. He started at $25 and has already received a raise to $27. The male is still being trained, maybe 40 % trained, is still on probation. I have also became aware that another man in the same position as me makes $10 more an hour and he has been written up multiple times for poor job performance. I receive good feedback and have never been written up. The obvious answer is to…

The obvious answer is to quit. But then they get away with it and will continue to treat current female stuff poorly and future female staff.

I would love your advice in how you think I should deal with this!
