This is very confusing but it’s 3:30am because I have another sleepless night thinking about how much I hate these two ladies at my place of work.
To cut things short l, I have been working in the villages closing department for a year. Close on homes and it’s not hard. I’m in cash, there’s finance some other folks in our building.
This just happened last Monday which was the straw that broke the camels back. I was sick over the weekend, felt fine this Monday but a little sick. Boss man sends me home and honestly totally fine with it because I did need to rest. I’m fine now lol. Any who so in our department, cash closing we do not have an active supervisor. We’re independently monitored but we are a team and we are suppose to work together of course.
We’ll when I was sick, there was a file that I completed but didn’t follow through with the clients. Really not a big deal, a full week still to get it finalized. Well one of the two ladies that harass and discriminate me, looks at the file that clearly I just finished and didn’t mark much, blurts out in front of a new hire on her second day “that little shit! I cannot believe that little shit, that little shit, that little shit” apparently yelling it very loudly. A co worker then had to get the new girl out of there and explain the drama these two cause.
They belittle many of my co workers, we are all equal but these two have to be reminded by the boss man, they are not our supervisors. They do not care and not only do they harass our co workers, they harass folks in the finance side as well.
“Why are you wearing jeans? Very unprofessional, tacky” to a finance worker that on fridays, they all wear jeans and have before I got here.
Supervisor of finance is super nice, ideal supervisor, they work with us constantly and are great. One of the cancers tells their supervisor they are not allowed to visit our side of the office anymore. She’s “too much of a distraction” when she’s just being super nice and doing her job.
Two of our coworkers walk by a finance worker, they have question so they ask fiancé since their work is similar to ours. Cancer A comes running out scream all three of them “ you are only allowed to ask me questions “ which is not true.
I haven’t even really gotten into previous forms of harassment on just me this last year. I lose sleep because of them, they make me cry after work, so pissed off I need to punch something (never do but boy do I) and just overall stress that they cause.
My phone is struggling but I can continue.
