I am sick at work but can’t afford to stay home longer

This is bs. I started this job not too long ago so I don't have enough PTO to cover being sick. I missed work from Thursday last week until Wednesday this week and I am still not feeling good at all, but I've missed too much work and I have bills that need to be paid. At least it's not covid.
