I am so disappointed with my job

Been working as an analyst at a casino for 2 years now. I have 5 years of experience. I have been feeling disappointed lately because I learned my other coworker will be leaving for 4 months. I am going to have a lot of work this summer and my boss and I are going to have to split it while the coworker is gone. I had to deal with this my first year because he was gone that time. I am now super disappointed because I was passed over for the annual 3% raise my first year yet people who joined after me and were new got it but didn’t have the workload I had. I barely got my first 3% raise last December. And around that time I learned other analysts in other departments were making 30% more than I was yet they joined after I did and they…

I don’t know what to do, I feel hopeless and I’ve basically been avoiding/ignoring my boss. Especially because he covers for my coworkers when they were out with covid or were on leave but didn’t do anything when I was gone. It’s super unfair.
