Like most companies, talks about compensation are pretty hush hush, we don’t have real clarity on how raises work… But I doubt out that since September, despite having the highest numbers of my team since basically July, I am the lowest paid on my team of 6. My manager doesn’t get told what we get paid somehow, so he didn’t know, so know I have to wait and see if he can get this resolved. But in the meantime… I am not feeling like being productive today. I am angry and depressed.
