I am too comfortable at my current job and I have no idea what I want to do next.

I am a security guard and I was told my company was going under and I have about a month to look for a new job. I have already put out hundreds of applications and so far I get rejected a lot. The reason why I have not left sooner is because I am pretty comfortable at my current job and I spend most of the time at work doing nothing. Occasionally I have to do about 40 minutes of work a day in a 8.5 hour work shift but that is about it. I just don't want to find a really intense or fast paced workplace after being comfortable with doing nothing at my current job. My ultimate career goal is to find something that will let me work from home. I see these other threads that other Redditors make where they only do 2 to 4 hours of…

I see these other threads that other Redditors make where they only do 2 to 4 hours of work and then they get to goof off the rest of the day. To me, that sounds like something I want to do. However, I have no experience or a degree in finding these jobs. Sure, I did go to community college for a few years but I dropped out due to low grades. I did want to learn to study to be in history or have a general studies. I can also type really fast at 85 to 100 wpm, I also know a lot of google or Microsoft programs like word (except I don't know about excel very well), before my security job I also worked at a computer repair shop as a unpaid intern for a while doing fixing of computers, removing viruses, answering phone calls and things like that.

I would love to work from home since I already have fast wifi, decent workspace, and I spend most of my free time at the computer anyway. I also don't want to be micromanaged or monitored the whole time I work remote which is the turn off for me when working from home. I want to know are there any remote jobs or easy jobs I could do as someone who wants to leave being a security guard and find other work to do?
