I am departing my job for a better opportunity at the end of next week.
This week I started training a coworker on my job. I am an accountant in an organization which is fairly complicated.
The person I am training doesn’t seem to care much and has not taken any notes. My boss has asked how training is going and I said great, it has been fine in reality.
I am not paid to babysit this person and ask them to take notes nor has my boss asked me to make sure they take notes.
I’m just gonna get out the popcorn when I start the new job and they try to reach out to me.
