So I just hired on at a temp agency and they sent me to work for a company who is understaffed. I found out that the most of them who had been for 3yrs plus make just over $18/hr where as I make $25 as a temp. I like the place I am working at but I already know that unless I can get paid what make now with the same hours then I will not be applying to this company. I am a DSP and there are not very many companies in Oregon who pay a decent living wage.
