People with so much disposable wealth they cannot spend it in multiple lifetimes are in fact not at all affected by any war. If they lose 90% of it, that mostly doesn't change. Am I missing something here, why are there people staying that this affects them too? It struck some corporations, sure, but corporations are not people and the capital owners will invest in hundreds of ventured anyways.
