I will never understand why a huge company advertises $2000+ sign on bonuses for NEW HIRES only (does not apply to internal candidates).
Meanwhile, your hard working employees who have dedicated years of service, get a 25 cent raise.
Oh and don’t forget about all the elevator upgrades they did… in a corporate building, that is like 98% empty… since 2020.
Oh and in addition to your 25 cent raise, you will now need to commute the 25 miles to the office 4 days per week because “culture” and it will really “be an anchorage for our team”…. even though we will communicate via teams all day and our worthless meetings will also be via teams. And don’t forget your mask because COVID numbers are going up.
