I constantly see memes about bad or unreasonable job postings on this sub. Now is your chance to have an impact. Please tell me how I can make this better for someone applying!

The short version is we are in the auto industry (Not car dealerships, more design and research related) and would like to hire someone to photograph and upload vehicle photos to our websites. Responsibilities include:
-Photography of vehicle inventory following consistent formatting at each of our locations
-Uploading vehicle photos and information.
-Write vehicle descriptions with provided information.
-Comfortable driving manual transmission vehicles and consider yourself an excellent “parking lot driver”.
-A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.

Bonus but not necessary:
-Owning a vehicle to travel between our locations (Fuel compensation).
-Owning your own equipment and a fundamental understanding of photography principles.
-Proficient with Lightroom and Photoshop
-Previous automotive experience

This position reports to “director X” and will be in regular communication to ensure quality workflow, productivity and provide feedback regarding the process. While the skills listed above are a bonus, personality and the ability to complete tasks while maintaining quality will be the determining factors for this position. Training needed to meet any of the tasks above will be provided.
