Long story short:
Made allegation of lgbt discrimination against employer
HR put in email writing “this is not an hr issue and talk to your supervisor”
I claimed protected class status. They said they dont view it as an hr issue.
I try to arrange discussion with my supervisor to resolve issue. Supervisor dismisses me but is “empathetic, but a hard boss”. No resolution
Since complaining: I was removed totally from a project I led, my job duties were marginalized, I have no roles where I interact with others and I am
actively being removed from work meetings (with the work meetings readded without me on them)
I said “fuck this” and called an employment lawyer. He is willing to go after my employer on contingency with an eeoc threat for discrimination and retaliation.
I have a bunch of screenshots and e-mails i'm ready to send over. I'm done playing. Pay me off and let me leave your stupid company. Hope my attorney has luck!
