Had a meeting this week where I mentioned that I had created a tool to help make some of our work a bit easier/more efficient. My boss' response:
That meeting wasn't very productive (there was pushback from one other person in the meeting and discussion/disagreement as we hashed out the best way to implement).
I have too much work to do and so many projects that I can't even think about process.
You need to reconsider your need to have processes.
