With the surge of unionizations across the country from not only Starbucks but Apple retail stores and the like, I feel like an idiot not understanding what they are collectively bargaining for.
Amazon Warehouses I've understood with the working conditions being as they are, those have been clear. Just kind of vague on Starbucks and Retail stores outside of better pay.
This is also coming from a former SBux employee who had his own complaints back in the day which are coming to light now.
Anyway thanks in advance.
