So I’m at my wits end with my boss. She has said things in the past that aren’t okay such as getting a IUD so I’m not calling in sick once a month or so. She has shared my personal information with my coworkers, my dad got COVID but I live in a separate part of the house so my chances where low to begin with and I stayed home for 48 hours to make sure. She then told me that my co workers were uncomfortable with me being at work but I had asked my coworkers and none said they were uncomfortable. Now the newest thing that she has done is ask me to help pay for a coworkers towing ticket…context for that, me and my coworkers and boss went to a hockey game Saturday, my coworker picked me up on the way and we parked at a gas station. I had suggested it (i don’t drive so I didnt know you can’t) After the game, the car was gone, it got towed. (Turns out the sign wasn’t in a clear spot so neither of us saw it) she took a taxi to get her car and I walked home. When I came back to work, my boss came up to me on my break to ask me if I planned on helping pay for the cost, I told her i don’t have the money, and she told me “well neither does coworker, she had to go into her savings”. (I do honestly feel bad but I don’t have the money, my hours are cut a lot during this time and I work minimum wage) my boss had also said things to me during this such as “well you were in the car too” “I told you it wasnt a good idea to park there” (I don’t remember her tell me that at all) And some other guilt tripping things to make me feel bad. My coworker didn’t seem mad and never came up to me to ask for help with it. I hate confrontation so I don’t say anything. I have no idea what to anymore about my boss.
