Long time listener, first time caller. I work at a hole in the wall Chinese place. Working on finding a better job but it pays for my car. We have a tip jar and our online service has a tip function. I don't see a cent of it. Im the only front end worker; I earn those tips, in that I'm doing the leg work that makes or breaks the tipping. Ain't seen a cent of it and it's just frustrating as hell.
