i see a lot of posts here and others places that's say “oh how can someone live like this?” “my boss is obviously stealing me” , generally are Americans or others first world country, and they make like 50k a year, and I really don't know what I am doing wrong or what can I do, I work as a fullstack developer in Uruguay (Latin America) , one of the top 30 (something like that) expenses country in the world , in a company that pays me just 6k a year( minimum wage) , I asked for a raise this week and they said no, (fun fact, the company is worth 1 million dollars), I know I am not a bad at my work, but I can't find any job because my university (no others jobs have a flexible time), if only I could make the minimun wage in country's that pays decent
