I don’t wanna sound stupid or whatever, but…is this legal? A tutoring company offered me a contract and wants me to work during scheduled hours during the schoolweek. They’ll monitor me to see if anyone is actively being tutored, & if no one is, then I’ll receive no pay, even if I’m on the clock.
