I feel like a loser, but I couldn’t do it any more

I left my job two weeks ago in a mutual parting of the ways. I had a breakdown from work stress last fall, tried to work through it, and had another breakdown. I left a well-paying WFH job, and doubt I can replace it (I’m ok going back into the office). I’m scared, but I couldn’t do it any more, and I was literally destroying my health. Please tell me I did the right thing by prioritizing my physical and mental health. I’m ok financially for a few months. For the record, I went to my employer for help and was basically told to figure it out myself. And my psychologist discouraged me from going on FMLA because many people he’s worked with have not been able to face coming off FMLA and returning to work.
