i feel like my job isn’t too bad and i definitely don’t want to lose it, should i still attempt to unionize?

i work at a fast food pizza place and i like it, it’s a good job for a teenager like me. i do believe i’m getting paid unfairly and think we would have some benefits to unionizing. however, i really can’t afford to lose my job, and i feel like it’s an uphill battle that might not be worth fighting. so the question boils down to should i unionize if i only have one big gripe with my job and overall like it?
