I quit my job because I couldn't handle it anymore, I work at a restaurant and i feel like they've been relying on me (18) way more than I'd like. I also quit because the owner of the place is abusive and will do anything to dodge paying his workers properly, he refuses to pay me overtime, he doesn't pay covid benefits, and he pays my disabled coworker below minimum wage. I put in my 2 weeks notice because I couldn't handle his bullshit anymore and now the managers are begging me to stay. They recently lost 5 staff because of the same bs and they're losing more soon so once I leave they're gonna be screwed and I feel really guilty. I already put in my 2 weeks notice but my manager is acting like I'm still gonna stay and I don't know what to do. I feel bad to leave the managers to a mess but I also want to get the fuck away from that place.
EDIT: I filed a claim with the labour board and the owner has been mad at me about it, at one point he even threatened to not pay me if I didn't close the file.
